M.O.D.O.K. Returns To ‘Marvel Crisis Protocol’
Atomic Mass Games have teased the return of M.O.D.O.K. in Marvel Crisis Protocol with the M.O.D.O.K. Scientist Supreme character pack.
Following the character’s live action debut in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, M.O.D.O.K. returns to the table top with an impressive new sculpt and new stat card. Per the description on the official Asmodee webstore:
“Players hover to new heights of petty crime with the M.O.D.O.K., Scientist Supreme Character Pack. This unique version of the character is both sinister and wild, giving players unforeseen methods to engage and disrupt their opponent. With an all-new miniature, new Team Tactic Cards, and new Stat Card abilities, M.O.D.O.K., Scientist Supreme aims to take control of the tabletop.”
This description makes it sound as though this version of M.O.D.O.K. will be a much more offensive model. Interestingly enough, M.O.D.O.K. was one of the first two characters released alongside the original Marvel Crisis Protocol two-player starter. The other character was the Hulk, who will also be getting a new model later soon with the Immortal Hulk character pack. Both of these new models really show way Atomic Mass Games have been pushing their sculpts to be more dynamic and visually interesting.
The M.O.D.O.K. Scientist Supreme character pack includes the model, a base, stat card, 2 Team Tactic cards, and various tokens. It is currently available to preorder via the Asmodee webstore or from your local game store. The pack’s MSRP is $37.99.
