Knight Models To Bring Tim Burton’s ‘Batman’ To The Tabletop

Following last week’s Catwoman teaser, Knight Models have officially revealed models from1989’s Batman and 1992’s Batman Return.

First and most importantly, Michael Keaton’s Batman. Joining the likes of Adam West and Robert Pattinson, Michael Keaton is finally immortalized on the tabletop. I know since the very first day I discovered the Batman Miniature Game, all I wanted was a like of models from these films. I didn’t care if the sucked (stat wise), I just wanted to build and paint the characters as I was introduced to them. I was sort of worried it was never going to happen after the addition of the movie “skins” to the Escape From Arkham Asylum campaign on GameFound.

I’ve never been happier to be wrong.

Of course, we can’t have the Dark Knight without his amazing gallery of colorful rogues. While we know Catwoman is only a full reveal away, Knight Models was kind enough to show off the wonderfully chaotic Penguin as portrayed by the iconic Danny DeVito. Cobblepot looks ready to run for Mayor of Gotham. Will we see his penguin military forces or the carnival members?

So far, two models in, and I couldn’t be happier. The only real question left to wonder is rather or not these are single releases are part of a new starter box? Knight Models has had some great two-player boxes themed around the films, why not add one more?
