Enlist In The Weapon X Program In ‘Marvel Crisis Protocol’

Atomic Mass Games have finally showed off some details on the previously announced Rivals Panels: Weapon X Program for Marvel Crisis Protocol.

Featuring a classic rendition of Logan and a 2000’s movie inspired Sabertooth, this new Rivals Panels offers something the previous one didn’t have - new content. Along with two brand-new versions of these mighty mutants, this set includes the long awaited ‘Weapon X Program’ team affiliation and 6 Team Tactic cards. The set also include a motorcycle and 8 different props to customize the bases of the models. Of course, the bunker terrain piece looks absolutely incredible.

The new content comes with a hefty price tag, as well. The previous Rivals Panels: Spider-Man vs. Doctor Octupus retailed for $59.99. The two figures were new sculpts but only featured foil cards of the original core set models. The diorama/terrain piece was also a far more lean piece of plastic. The newest Rivals Panels will set you back an astounding $99.99.

Without seeing the stats on the cards or what the 6 Tactic cards are, we won’t say much on the price. We just hope whatever they are helps the sticker shock of these two models costing as much as the game’s core set, which includes 10 miniatures, several pieces of terrain, and dozens of Team Tactic and Crisis cards.
