‘Marvel Crisis Protocol’ Breaks The Fourth Wall With ‘Squirrel Girl & Gwenpool’
Atomic Mass Games makes it official - Squirrel Girl and Gwenpool are coming to Marvel Crisis Protocol.
Following their teasers last week, Atomic Mass Games have given us a clear look of two massively popular characters that players have been asking for. Squirrel Girl is an Avenger, a computer science whiz, and known for knocking out the mighty Thanos. Gwenpool was originally a variant cover gimmick that was so immensely popular, the character became a full fledged character and master of the fourth wall break (check out her bio blurb for more proof of that). The description from Atomic Mass Games on the Asmodee webstore suggests that the duo will use their unique fourth wall breaking skills to “bend the usual flow of the game”.
The Marvel Crisis Protocol: Squirrel Girl & Gwenpool (CP137) includes both models, bases for the models, the Character Stat Cards, 3 Team Tactic Cards, and a Token sheet. The set has an MSRP of $39.99 and is expected to release in May 2023.
We are extremely excited to get these two models into a game as soon as we can. The models look insanely beautiful and look like they will be a gem to paint.
